My primary computer is 'stuck' at 10.7.5, so I am in a dilemma of what I am going to do to upgrade. The new and improved applications feature a new look and feel, a new user interface, new widgets, a faster and more efficient desktop, and improved performance and security on the Mac.


Can't expect the software vendors to support older OS's forever. OS X Lion comes with many new and updated applications, a new Finder application, and has been designed to be faster and more stable than any previous release. This is happening with a lot of software (C1, DxO, etc.) and is understandable. That will not prevent us from running the older software. and many more programs are available for instant and free download.
